Strategies for teaching gifted and talented students

In order to recognize his/her talent rather it is good or bad / right or wrong you first have to flip the script, and consider all possibilities, meaning put yourself in his or her shoes so you will have an better idea of the child behavior.

I have learned that you can not force a child into learning you have to be creative, and do fun things at the same time they will be learning, and will want to learn willingly.

once you have discovered what type of level their own then you do things that fit their needs such as if they like to talk a lot be creative give them something to talk about positively. if they like to if they like to read give them something to read about challenge their minds, and reward them for their abilities, and reward yourself for being patient, understanding, creative ,and for what all you have learned to teach this child.

spend time doing all kind of things like, sports, video games, shopping, art work story books house work dancing singing, and much more, and whatever you find that they like you can explore it,and learn about it. A person can even learn to love the thing that they don't like. Take a moment to figure out your plan for the kids, and see how you may do things a little differently

also see what you,and the individual can do,and achieve together explore your minds to all new and different things to see how far you can go with the type of relationship. Then he/she will be ready for a higher level it is okay to make changes, and go for a bigger level sometimes just take it slow as you go,and before you know it they will be able to teach you a thing or to.Then let the students show the world all what they have become, and teach it to those that don't really know yet.The mind is an Galaxy it never end as long as it have knowledge to fill it up with, and thats why we have each other to help out with. Show them the ups,and downs to learning make sure that they know that any,and everything is possible.never let them hold their heads down because of what they can do or can't do show them that the skies the limit.never discourage them of their in-capabilities.
