IPod is one product that has revolutionized the way you listen to music , at home , at work, in bus where ever you are and where ever you want.
Now the new IPODs in the market are giving you the option of downloading movies in your IPOD and now you can watch your favorite movie anywhere in your personal IPOD.

Downloading a movie is quite simple.
There are few things you would need.

1. This is the most important requirement, you would need an IPOD with memory capacity to store movies.
2. Then you need an internet connection.
3. Windows XP.
4. ITunes software.

To download a movie Search the list of movies in the iTunes online store and select the movie of your choice.
Click on the Video iPod, and click on the Download option.
Save the file on the computer.
Now you have a movie in your PC that is in the format that is compatible to your IPOD. Now we can download this movie to your IPOD.
To download it connect the iPod to the computer and start the iTunes program.
To add the movie to your collection, click on Add file to the Library and select Open.
Now go to Preferences in the "Edit" menu, select iPod, then Videos and click on Update all videos automatically. Click "OK" and allow the update.

TIP: iPod can only play video files and videos that are in the MP4 format. The other media file types such as
AVI,
MPEG,
MPG,
MOV, etc. are not compatible with your iPod. So if you have software program that can convert any video file format like MPG or AVI into an iPod compatible MP4 format, you can download any movie to your IPOD by following the above steps from connecting the IPOD to the pc and of course you wont have to pay for every movie everytime you down load it from ITUNE STORE.So now all you have to do is get a movie in your personel Computer , change it to MP4 format and Download it to your IPOD.
One more advantage of such a software is that MP4 compreeses the file maore than MP3. Thus, smaller the movies are, greater number of movies can be downloaded to your IPOD.
