Poverty in the third world countries

Imagine a world without starvation, a world with no poverty?
Well, imagine this...

Imagine traveling to another country only to witness children crying out for help. Imagine the mother lying there helpless, hopeless. Know that she would give up anything to watch her child grow. She would give up anything just to see her child run into her arms. She would give anything just to hear her child say "I love you mommy".

Imagine a world where every individual in his or her power is able to make the effort to help those in poverty. We can provide a stop to poverty if we step forward with a strong heart, and a positive mind.

We all have read about the wars and the trauma of child crimes in books. We have all seen the darker side of our world on television. Has this touched your heart in any way? Do we need to actually live in poverty before we feel how those in need feel?

Imagine only hearing good news on the television? Imagine seeing smiles on every child's face, instead of a sad, tear jerking face or a frown? It would be such a wonderful feeling for us to have.

To remain at a child's side does not just mean to feel sympathy for that child. It means so much more, in that child's eyes. It means the whole world to them and we would know that if we took a few minutes out of our time to stop and see things from a different perspective. The feeling of guidance is beautiful, but so is the feeling of knowing that the child you saw earlier today, walking along the old dirt road, had a full tummy.

The fact is, poverty isn't just in children of the third world countries. Adults and seniors also suffer from this unfortunate issue. Adults have the responsibility to feed their children, but if they are not helped, then how can they feed these young children? ...The answer is: They can't.

By snapping your fingers every three seconds, a child will die. Today, you can make a difference in the world. One difference to a child's life can make a difference in hundreds of more lives. You can donate money to charity to help save those living in poverty. They will be able to have clean water, food for their tummies, and proper medical care.
