This zany, hilariously funny, comedy/horror film was released on July 7, 2000. The Wayons Brothers played a big part in this movie. Shawn and Marlon had starring roles and Keenen had a cameo appearance. The film was directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans. It was written by Shawn and Marlon Wayons along with Buddy Johnson, Aaron Seltzer, Phil Beauman and Jason Friedberg. All three Wayans Brothers are listed as uncredited Producers. The film was also nominated for 5 awards and won 7. This was the first of 5, as Scary Movie 5 will be released this year, so watch for more laughs to come.

The film had a lot of spoofs from other films and television shows. Scream(the same masked character, for one) was a major one. I Know What You Did Last Summer was second as the storyline revolved around the gang remembering an accident that happened a year earlier. They were out having fun and drinking in a car when someone was in the middle of the road and they hit him. Now they thought he was dead and were arguing about what to do with the body, when the man stood up and told them he was fine. He gets struck on the head knocking him unconscious. They took and dumped him in the river. They vowed to never mention the incident again. Other spoofs include Psycho, The Blair Witch Project, "In Living Color", The Sixth Sense, Riverdance: The Show, The Matrix, The Exorcist, 10, "Baywatch", Friday the 13th 1-3, Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream 2, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Laverne and Shirley".... Some of the people who starred in this movie include Carmen Electra(Drew Decker), Shannon Elizabeth(Buffy Gilmore), Dave Sheridan(Buffy's brother Doofy/ The Killer), Anna Faris(Cindy Campbell), Jon Abrahams(Bobby Prinze), Shawn Wayans(Ray Wilkins), Regina Hall(Brenda Meeks), Marlon Wayans(Brenda's brother Shorty), Lochlyn Munro(Greg Phillipe), Cheri Oteri(Gail Hailstorm), Kurt Fuller(The Sheriff), Rick Ducommun(Cindy's dad), David L. Lander(Principal 'Squiggy' Squiggyman) and Kelly Coffield(teacher).

The movie was Rated R for language, strong crude sexual humor, violence and drug usage. Parents would find this to be a funny movie so after a rough day, pop this movie in, sit back and laugh your head off.
