Ways to combat anxiety attacks

Anxiety attacks can be cleared completely from ever happening again if we realize why they occur. When we are in an anxiety situation we are in a fear pattern within our brain and body systems. There is usually something that has been triggered in our unconscious that needs to be shifted in order for us to move forward. The important thing is to be in it and not try to escape the feeling for if we do this we can observe what is happening and change it so we don't have to go through it any more.

This takes practice and courage. When we are in an anxiety or panic attack as they are also called we are not in present time. A memory has been triggered within our subconscious that we are experiencing. This can be activated when we are about to do something in this time that was not safe for us to do in the past.

The most important and most challenging thing to do is to be fully present. Breathe and know that you will get through it. There can be a tendency to distract ourselves when we are in this state of anxiety instead of being fully in the feelings we are experiencing.

The trick is also to know what our mind is doing when we are in this state. The ego mind is fear based and thinks it's going to die when we are go into new situations that it has no reference point for. What needs to die is the limiting perception. Who we are does not die it is only the body that thinks it is going to die when it is up against a fear based memory.
If we change how we identify ourselves then we can be in the experience and see it for what it is, a body memory based in fear. There are drugs that can be taken but if you truly want to go beyond having these experiences then you must transition yourself off them. The medications that are used for these challenges of Anxiety disorders, depression, ADD and other related diagnoses are but band aids to numb the symptoms. They do not get to the seed cause for why they happen.

If you identify yourself from your Infinite Self or Soul essence you can create a different way of being. An analogy would be to see yourself like a Being driving a truck (your human body) through snow instead of the tracks the truck leaves in the snow.

To combat anxiety attacks you must have courage, patience and a knowing that you are a powerful Being making change on the planet. We are really in times of accelerated change. Identifying yourself with your Soul will take you through much of the change. One way that you can start
