Complaining can be both a simple and effective method of venting stress and letting yourself be heard. Seemingly harmless, and used in moderation, complaining promotes a sense of accomplishment and alerts others that things are not exactly going the way you would like them to. Too often though, it becomes a crutch that can snowball out of control. When this occurs, complaining can put a damper on and sometimes destroy the best of relationships.
