Radio talk shows worth listening to will be a highly individualistic opinion. It will also be subject to a person's location and choice of subject matter.

For example, in the UK, there is a variety of talk shows transmitted. For example for those that tend the land, there are programmes like "Farming Today."

Similarly, there is a dedicated talk show radio station, which throughout the day covers a wide range of subjects, catering for multiple tastes.

We even have a station that is predominantly for sports enthusiasts. Those people would state that this is one worth listening to.

My personal choice would be the Jeremy Vine show, weekdays on BBC Radio Two between midday and two. This programme covers a wide range of social, economic and political subjects. However, there is also music interspersed. You can gain significant value from this programme. Of course, it is now available on the net at www.bbc.co.uk/radio2.
