Shop Till You Drop, that's my theory, and now that you can do it on the Internet, it's even better. A word of caution though, those easy pay offers, that both HSN and QVC offer can add up faster then you think, so be a little careful in that department.
QVC is my favorite shopping channel.I love their selections and their quality is pretty good
overall. I have had to send some items back, but it's rare.
I never, ever, pay full price for anything anymore, unless it's an absolute emergency.I'm constantly on the watch for free shipping offers, buy one get one free, 80% off etc. It's out there, you just have to search a little, but in the end, it's definitely worth it.
I did all my shopping for Christmas this year on-line.I shopped at Kohl's, JC Penney, Overstock.com, QVC and HSN, just to name a few. On Target.com, I found Rubik's cube for $5.00 less then they had it in their local store, and also I got free shipping. It was a one day promotion they had. The most I paid for shipping on any item I ordered this year on line was$.99
The best deal I got was a free ipod, which I won on sweepsnation.com. That isn't a shopping site of course, but it was one of those "Spam Things" that popped up and it was worth looking into. I entered my email address and one week later I was notified I had won an ipod. It was all legitimate. My grandson received an $80.00 ipod from grandma. He may have gotten a MP3 player, but it wouldn't have been an ipod, if I hadn't won it.
I'm not an eBay shopper,I must admit. I don't understand the bidding process. My friends tell me it's a great way to shop though.
Overstock.com is a good place to shop for linens, I have found. They have a wide variety of items and again, the price is always right. Sometimes a color you'd like is not available, but price can make up for that in most cases. They also have good prices on electronics, but you need to watch for refurbished items. I have not had good luck with refurbished electronics. The day after the 30 day warranty goes away, the item is shot and you're stuck with it. A TV for $99.00 is not a good deal, if it's no good after a months use, I don't think.
You can find everything from soup to nuts on line. Lobstergram.com, who had ever thought of buying lobster on line. You can if you want.
Both Waldenbooks and Barnes & Noble.com are good sites for buying books. I got a complete set of the Harry Potter series books for less then $20.00 and $.99 shipping with a purchase of at least $20.00. Yes, they were used,

The dollar just doesn't go as far as it used to. While mall shopping can be fun, it can also be extremely time consuming.
