agin POOR INTERNET SERVICES IN KERICHO KENYA
The lack of Internet services in Kericho town of the rift valley province in Kenya has reached such an alarming level that we are forced to ask for an explanation for the cause of this problem .I n the past that is five to four years ago ,those who operate cyber caf in the town used to call it ,the reduction in the power of the links between the computers and the satellites and the other places that assist in the reception and transmit ion of the information that is displayed on the computers .Then later the internet services started being available for only two hours in a whole day .the services used to be available from eight o'clock in the morning and then they would disappear at a half an hour past ten o'clock or eleven o'clock and then , they would disappear at six o'clock or at thirty minutes past six o'clock .But that is too late , it finds when people have already closed their places of work.
So, slowly by slowly the situation has worsened such that the services can only be available for only two days in a whole week .The amazing thing about it is that none of staff among the authorities seems to realize that there are no internet services in the town .This time is too long and this world should have done something about it .The most confusing thing about it is that no one in Kenya has a proper explanation as to what this problem is ,not even the experts who specialise in the various fields about the computers .
When the cyber caf attendants are asked what the problem can be ,they only answer that there is no internet .but we do wonder whether any one among the Kenyans takes his or her time to report this problem to the computer manufacturing companies like Microsoft and the IBM so that they can provide us with an answer or do some research about the problem .Surely, that time is too long and things are getting out of hand .It must be something to do with the science of the machines mankind has got to be doing something about it, if
The solution could be to built more powerful machinery; we could do that in stead of what is going on .Imagine a town without internet services.
