EATING TOO MUCH, IS AN ADDICTION
Much like smoking, and other habits, eating too much usually has deep-seated reasons. Anxiety, stress, rejection, fear and a huge amount of other problems. Diets, without changes to other areas of your life will never work. People with Diabetes and other blood sugar related diseases, should speak to their doctor first, before trying this life style of eating.
First, have a thorough check-up with your Doctor, before embarking on any changes in diet and exercise programs.
In order to loose weight, one must look at one's lifestyle, and make radical changes which are not hard to do. Here are some recipes to begin with, and tips on what to do at "down times", when your body needs a pick me up.

Any number of these can be combined. Yoghurt, Greek Style, with no sugar. Honey. Slice up any combination of the following, blackberries, strawberries, any fruits that belong to the berry family. Bananas, apples, Kiwi Fruit, apricots, peaches and oranges. Celery (very good for you)
Chop and add any combination to a few tablespoons of Yogurt and honey, and for fiber, add Muesli, Bran but stay away from Wheat cereal. Plain oats should be added (these help take you Cholesterol levels down.

Drink Green Tea with Honey. Cut out coffee totally. Substitute with water, and if you don't like water on its own, add a little pure juice, to sweeten it up. But it must be health juice. Keep some at the office too, so when you fill up your bottle, you can add the juice to the water.
A few stretching exercises, and some home exercises, or a walk before work is a must. How do you do this? You have a give yourself at least 45 minutes extra, in the morning. Which means, you cut out 45 minutes to 1 hour of sitting on the couch watching TV at night.
If you favorite program is on, record it and put it in you Diary for "Your Relax Time".
Don't listen to the News on the way to work in the car. Put on some soft music. Music has an effect on our brains, and acts as a stimulant, so do bad News Broadcasts, and News is always bad. Arrive at the office, as relaxed as possible. If you catch busses or trains, get a CD recorder with ear phones.
