Everyone has a Personal Brand but most people are not aware of this and do not manage this strategically and effectively. You should take control of your brand and the message it sends and affect how others perceive you. This will help you to actively grow and distinguish yourself as an exceptional professional. Having a good professional reputation or brand seems to be a very important asset in today's online, virtual, and individual age. Oprah Winfrey also said: I've come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that's as unique as a fingerprint - and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.

These two statements are forming the core of this new Personal Branding concept, which will help you to define and implement an effective vision for your life related to your dreams, higher calling, what you love, passion, and genius, and to align that with yourself. First of all perform a personal SWOT analysis and evaluate yourself honestly. The result of this analysis and evaluation is the definition of your personal life style. This relates to your Personal Brand objectives, what results you want to achieve with your Personal Brand. Determine your specialization, concentrating on a single core talent, what your main specific services are, what your key characteristics are, what your single leading and most powerful attribute is, who your audience
