The snow clad mountains and astonishing beauty are only part of what makes Keystone, Colorado an ideal vacation spot. In fact, your Keystone adventures are likely to be so much fun, that you may even forget one essential thing- food. But don't you worry! When you are finally able to pull yourself away from the slopes, Keystones eateries won't disappoint. From fine dining at high altitude to simply a place to kick back and relax, Keystone has it all!

If your stomach is growling but you aren't ready to quit the slopes, why not check out Edgewater Caf? Just run in, grab a sandwich (don't forget to pay) and head back out to the slopes. For a winter enthusiast on the move, this is the place for a quick appetizing bite.

If you are looking for a truly unique dining experience, be sure to make reservations at Der Fondue Chessel. Located on the North Peak of Keystone Mountain, getting to Der Fondue Chessel is an adventure in itself! Curl up in a cozy blanket and enjoy the view, as a high-speed gondola whisks you to the top. Once inside, relax in front of a fireplace and enjoy a Bavarian-style cheese fondue whilst listening to a singing trio.

A fine dining experience, with a twist, is sure to be had at Alpenglow Stube. At a breathtaking 11,444 feet, this restaurant is best described as a ritzy cabin. The word Stube is of German descent and refers to a comfortable place, so don't be alarmed when you are greeted at the door with a pair of fuzzy slippers. Once you are settled in, take a look at their extensive list of wine, port and cognac. Really treat yourself by ordering the Muscovy duck. It's to die for!

Family vacation? You should check out the Great Northern. Their extensive menu will please even the pickiest of children. If you are a wine lover, be sure to go on Sunday, as there is a 25% discount on wine bottles priced over $50. If you are vacationing during the summer, don't miss the live patio music on Wednesday and Saturday nights.

If you are over 21 and looking for a good time, Upstairs at Jonny G's and The Goat Tavern are your best choices. Upstairs at Jonny G's slogan is "A Sunny Place for Shady People". Its unpretentious decor and cheerful smiling crowd, makes this place a hit amongst the locals. On the other hand, the management of The Goat Tavern is so sure that you will want to stay, that they offer you a free beer just for dropping in and signing the guest book.

Despite your busy holiday schedule, do yourself a favor and take some time to relax and enjoy Keystones many fabulous restaurants. You won't regret it!
