Warning! Read this article at your own risk. You just might be singing these famous commercial jingles for the rest of the day! We all know plenty of commercial jingles from over the years that we just can't get out of our heads. Here's a few that I'm afraid will stick with me until the end. Considering that I can still remember these jingles after what must be at least 20 years, they certainly must have sold a lot of product!

1.) One of the most annoying, but funny jingles is... Meow, meow, meow, meow... Yep, you guessed it, the Meow Mix commercial. How many times in the last decade have we been watching TV and heard this ad? Unfortunately unforgettable!

2.) What about the Alkaseltzer jingle, "Plop, plop, fizz, fizz, oh, what a relief it is!"

3.) Here's an old one! "Smurf Berry Crunch is fun to eat, a super delightful breakfast treat... "

4.) "My bologna has a first name. It's O-S-C-A-R. My bologna has a second name. It's Mayer. Oh, I love to eat it every day and if you ask me why I'll say... 'cause Oscar Mayer has a way with B-O-L-O-G-N-A."

5.) "Frosted Lucky Charms... They're magically delicious!"

6.) I always loved the Coca Cola commercials too... "I'd like teach the world to sing in perfect harmony...."

7.) "Rice-a-Roni, the San Francisco treat."

8.) When I was a kid, I actually had a night gown with the following McDonald's ad printed on the front. "Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun." This of course was a jingle for the Big Mac.

9.) This next one always makes me want chocolate. "Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't". As you all know, this is the jingle for Almond Joy and Mounds candy bars.

10.) Double mint gum: "A double pleasure is waiting for you..." This little jingle was usually followed by the slogan "Double mint, Double mint, Double mint gum". Or, "Double your pleasure with double mint gum!"

11.) Folger's coffee: "The best part of waking up, is Folger's in your cup."

12.)  Dr. Pepper.  "I'm a pepper. He's a pepper. She's a pepper. We're a pepper.  Wouldn't you like to be a pepper too?..."

13.)  Oscar Mayer Weiners.  "Oh, I'd love to be an Oscar Mayer weiner.  That is what I'd truely love to be, cause if I was an Oscar Meyer Weiner everyone would be in love with me."

14.)  Rice Crispies.  "Snap, what a happy sound.  Snap is the happiest sound I've found.  You may clap, wrap, tap, slap, but snap makes the world go round.  Snap, Crackle, Pop, Rice Crispies...."

15.)  Slinky.  "It's Slinky.  It's Slinky.  For fun it's the best of the toys.  It's Slinky.  It's Slinky.  The favorite of girls and boys.  Everyone wants a Slinky.  You are to get a Slinky."

16.)  Mr. Clean.  " Mr. Clean gets rid of dirt and grime and grease in just a minute.  Mr. Clean will clean your whole house and everything that's in it.  Floors, doors, walls, halls, white walls, old golf balls, sinks, stovetops, bathtubs he'll do, even help clean laundry too.  Mr. Clean gets rid of dirt and grime and grease in just a minute.  Mr. Clean will clean your whole house through and everything that's in it...."

Okay, it's pretty obvious that I watched way too much TV as a kid. I hope this article was worth all the grief I'm going to have now trying to get these silly jingles back out of my head!
