When I look at today's business world I see quite a few biblical influences and values however, you might be surprised to see which values are the most prevalent:
Human Resources:
Throughout the Old Testament (including the original translation of the Ten Commandments) you'll find references to slavery. The Bible gives advice on the proper care of your slaves and tells you to be sure that they get the Sabbath Day off. This day was originally Saturday, but most Christian denominations consider it to be Sunday. Either way, it's a good idea to give them both days off.
Just like slaves your employees should be reminded that you are their sole reason that they're able to feed their families and without you their loved ones would surely starve. However, let them know that there's always room for them to rise in the ranks to get subordinates of their own because everyone wants the opportunity to have their own slaves. When getting new employees make sure that your new slaves will have the maximum potential to do their required tasks, but be sure that their wills are broken enough so that they don't revolt against you.
Competition:
The Bible has been used as an excuse to wipe out other faiths, but sometimes extermination isn't the answer. Assimilating other faiths into your own can often work much better.
The same can be said to dealing with competing businesses. You can do the easy method of trying to muscle them out by placing your locations right next to theirs and offering the same products and/or services for less money, but this can cost a great deal of cash. The easier method is to buy out the competitors and slowly introduce your own company's policies into theirs. Soon their employees will be productively working for you and will eventually forget that they ever worked for the old company.
Marketing:
Churches are always hoping to increase their numbers. They will use any methods accomplish this goal. Everything from web sites to televangelists can send out the message to their potential followers. They can tell them that their religion will promise a better life or the lack of their religion can promise a horrible afterlife. Using either method works and their numbers will grow.
You can use similar methods when trying to get consumers to use your products and/or services. Use a website to convince everyone how your product makes their lives better or use a media outlet that you own to reveal that not having your product will cause
