Having an office at home can be the best of both worlds; however, it is important that these two worlds collide. In a fashionable sense that is. Below are some tips that are guaranteed to please the modern sophisticate. So even if you are slumming it at home in an pair of Duke sweats without stopping to realize how long you've been awake without you taking a shower today, you can at least be in surroundings that are undeniably fresh & hip.

Create a space that flows well with functionality and still keeps consistent with the rest of your home. Choose pieces that look fashionably fit for any other area of your home. Kartell's new line from Phillipe Starck does an incredible job of bringing modern fresh lines into a traditional setting. No more cheesy leather swivel chairs on a plastic mat. Mood Lighting: Make sure you have a good lamp that not only bring appropriate lighting into your work space, but make sure it looks good.
