parent wants to nurture their children, God wanted his servants to understand his masterwork. I am thankful for the gift, yet I know that it came with a heavy price. For with free will came Good and Evil, Ego and Humility, Friendship and Jealousy. The gift God gave us allowed us to choose our own paths and at first we all followed God's path, but soon one would stand out and start us on our fall.
Among the Archangels, one had what we called, the ear of God. This Angel was closest to God and served him directly. He was if you will the one Arch that we looked to for direction and guidance. He was powerful, charming and beautiful. He was the first and only Angel to be jealous of his Master and to plot against him.
It began shortly after we became aware and Eve ate the fruit. Some angels felt anger toward Eve and then Adam for forsaking their Father. Our Master quelled those feelings by posing a simple question, if I gave them the power to choose, can I blame them?' The answer removed any anger that lay on the minds of Angels.
God still sent me to punish his children, because all children that disobey their parents need to be punished. This sent waves of questions through our minds because many of us no longer understood why if God could not blame, he would punish? God put our minds at ease with another question, With the power of choice comes the power to choose wrong, and is it not my duty to teach a lesson to the child that chooses the wrong path?' And this made us understand.
This is where I need to step in, for not all of us understood or wanted to understand. There was a fringe lead by God's closest. He seemingly ignored the Master's will and began his own plan. His plan was the downfall of what he called the lesser creation. He whispered in Eve's ear, He gave the stone to Cain; He showed Man the delights of perversion and the lure of power. He created evil in its purest form and reveled in the folly of Man. God allowed this for reasons I do not know. I suppose that God would welcome the testing of his children, but I believe now that the test was for us more than for Men.
God did flex his power. A flood, a fire, plagues, famine, the list is long. He did this to teach lessons that had to be taught. He warned and let His children decide if they would listen. Often, as is the case of all children, they chose not to listen. We were the instruments of delivery for these lessons. I led the army of angels that flooded the world. I lead the army of Angels that
