I have read that it is not words that make you positive or negative. I believe this, at times a very positive person may even have a negative mood. As long as it passes relatively quickly there probably is nothing to worry about. If this negativity lurks over you like a dark cloud, you may need to find a way to train your mind to relax and regroup. Sometimes simply talking to a friend can get a person refocused and back on track in a positive direction.
As a matter of fact just the other day I had one of those everything seems so negative days. Of course after a while of self pity and complaining, a new direction revealed itself just by taking my mind off the situation that was seeming so negative. Let me explain, while I was messing around on the web, I stumbled upon some very interesting reading material. A book that the very words seem to contain power. This may sound strange, but just glimpsing through these pages as they were coming off my printer, I felt a change in attitude and a change in mindset that everything that had been going wrong would suddenly start to go right.
I am not trying to sell any one on this reading material by any means, I simply found it so compelling that I wanted to share it with anyone who is interested. The name of the book is Think and Get Rich. Simple enough, at least the name of it. The power in the words is definitely not simple. It is not a novel, more like a life text book. The most gripping thing I have read in awhile. One of those reads you just want to absorb every bit of knowledge like a sponge.
I believe even a negative person can become positive if they feel enough hope in their life. If a person has purpose, direction and dignity, they are allot less likely to be negative than a person who is a very low spot in life. Sometimes all a person in that position needs is a hand up, not a hand out. And most of the time that is all they really want is a chance to help themselves. My hope for all is a very positive, productive life. I know we can not have all good days, so remember on the not so good days, there are better times ahead and behind you.
Good luck to all, and may your lives continuously become more positive and prosperous.
