Low fat Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are delicious and if you are doing weightwatchers like me i have worked them out to be 2.5 points per muffin if you use the mixture to make 10 or 1 1/2 if you divide it in to 15 muffin cases



ingredients

8ox flour
1tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4oz caster sugar
3oz low fat marg
4fl oz milk
2 eggs
150g blueberries

preheat the oven on gas mark 6
Sieve the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a bowl then stir in the sugar.
In a separate bowl whisk the egg and milk together. Melt the margarine and whisk into the egg and milk till frothy. Then fold in the flour mixture gently followed by the blueberries.
Divide into the muffin cases bake for 25 minutes.
