Women of today are a much different breed than what we are use to from the days before feminists started thier campaign to change what they felt was for the better. But is it really better for all women, or are there many who wish it was like it was before they had to take on certain responsibilities that men were mainly responsible for.

It's a mixed bag I think, because many women will admit that they would rather have had a say in what changes took place since feminists started changing the roles that women have in life. It appears they were not thinking of the women who may have a hard time dealing with what is expected of women in these modern times.

I have to look back into the past when women were dedicated to what they felt was their role as a wife, mother, and homemaker. They didn't complain much, didn't have much in the way of making life easier, and they were treated with much less respect as to their gender.

However, they were content and much happier because the men took their place in the workforce to provide a secure existence, which with today's modern women, they are expected to do this on their own. Some relish the idea, while others wish that the clock could be turned back to a date whereas men did their best to take care of the woman they loved.

Sad to say that for the vast majority of today's women, many miss the days when men would offer their seat on a bus to them, or help them load the groceries in the car, hold the door open, being a gentleman by letting the woman walk in front of them when in line or waiting on something.

Today, women do not like to kiss butt, and they should not, but the reality is there is a price to pay if in fact they want some of the courtesies that women in the past enjoyed.
It has always been considered a man's world, and if that is not believable, just look around and see what man has accomplished. He has changed the face of the planet while providing the best luxuries for a better lifestyle.

However, what would we do without the support of our women, and are we as men much better off than today's women whom many are confused about what they want in life? Many want the freedom that came with the movement for equality, but at the same time, their natural instincts and desires have not caught up with modern times.

Many women no longer feel secure, simply because they inherited a changed world brought about by a small group of women who felt they needed to change it all for the rest of the female population without regard
