Awesome nails in easy steps

Getting great nails isn't as simple as do this and do that. Some people have great nutrition and still struggle with growing and maintaining great nails. Others do nothing and have them naturally. Whatever is the case, these tips can help you in your journey to great nails.

Nutrition.
For ages beauty was believed to be an outward thing. In recent times we have found that a great deal of outward beauty can be attributed to what is inside. This includes having a good positive attitude and mind frame, but also what you put into yourself. Great nails are usually no different. It is important for you to get the proper nutrition with a well balanced diet and lots of water.

Moisturize.
We all know that moisturizer can help a great deal with a lot of issues. It is great for your hands, but you should also take the time to moisturize your cuticles. If your nails are dry and brittle you can get nail cream as well which can help make greater more moisturized nails.

Mini Manicure.
Get a bowl or pan of warm water and soak your hands. Wash them up. If you have dirt or other undesirable things under your nails then use a nail brush to clean them out. Gently dry them and moisturize. After that use a cuticle pusher, orange stick, or your finger nail to push your cuticles back off of the nail. If they look dry add additional moisturizer. Then move on to polish.

Polishing.
You have a wide variety of choices when choosing a color. You can have a lot of fun with this. To polish your nails well you will want a nice amount of polish on the brush. Gently whip one side of the brush, but not both. Then sweep the polish down the middle of the nail. Then do one side and the other. Try to cover the entire nail with three sweeps of the brush. More then that can leave lines and other issues. A high quality polish really helps. It is a good idea to spend a little extra for polish. It will help make it last longer, chip less, and apply easier.

Top Coat.
A top coat of clear polish can help a great deal. This protects the polish from chipping, cracking, and looking damaged. This also helps strengthen the nail.

Taking these steps once or twice a week will help to improve your nails and make them flashy or beautiful. It doesn't take much time or energy and can be very relaxing. You can have great nails!
