Does the Internet encourage cheating

To many people feel that the internet encourages cheating, while many people feel that the internet jus makes it easier for those who cheat to cheat easier. If you are involved with someone who cheats then you, know he or she will find someone to cheat with everywhere, work, church, or even the doctors' office, as the old saying goes where there is a will there is a way'.

I am one of those people who feel that if a spouse is apt to cheat he or she will go to any length to get there, even on the internet. Perhaps the cheating spouse is just bored or looking for that which is lacking within her or her marriage or worse yet it is because they feel that cheating is okay.

If a spouse has a wandering eye but is afraid to be caught, they will pursue a relationship on the internet to build up their confidence and self-esteem. Cheaters sometimes begin an affair on the internet out of boredom but it quickly turns into a dangerous pastime for someone who is married.

What starts out as an innocent chat can quickly turn into a full-blown affair and your spouses does not want it at first, but he or she does nothing to stop it. They could not log onto the computer, or the instant messenger where they talk to their on line lover, but they choose not to.

The internet is a great way to pass time learning about the world around us, catch up on news, or play games on pogo and that is what the majority of people who use the internet do. How ever, you always seem to have the cheating creeps who give the internet a bad reputation, because they get into these torrid love affairs.

Internet dating sites met for those of us who are single have a good amount of married people looking for affairs, when they could be on the swingers dating sites. With married people on the singles dating sites they are tempting single people into an affair, but most are honest enough to put prefer not to say when the subject of single or married comes up. Hopefully the single people on dating sites realize that prefer not to say is usually a dead give away as to a married cheating creep who needs to be put on ignore.

Cheaters are going to cheat no matter where they are the internet just makes it easier for those who have had affairs already or those new cheaters looking for an affair. The internet is a smorgasbord to a cheater and they can be anything or anyone they wish to be at that very minute.

It is very true that the internet offers something for everyone, and it offers a cheating spouse the opportunity to have numerous affairs with unsuspecting people. Serial internet cheaters have been known to be corresponding with up to a dozen or so targets on the internet, feeding each one a different story line.

One affair or more for an internet cheater is life threatening to a marriage especially when the cheater gets brave enough to take it offline and bring it into the real world. The internet did not make then a cheater it just made it easier for dishonest spouses to cheat.
