Experience true Rocky Mountain summer fun at Keystone, the ultimate natural playground where the sun shines for more than 300 days of the year. Activities, festivities and outdoor recreation can be enjoyed even after the snow has melted away.

For the golfer, tee-off at one of two award-winning golf courses, the Keystone Ranch and the River Course that meander along Snake River and up through alpine meadows. Perhaps the whole family can delight in an amusing game of putt-putt at the Keystone Mini Golf Course while surrounded by awesome scenic views.

Some of the best of the best fishing in the world is in Colorado's High Country near Keystone. So why not improve or learn the graceful skills of fly fishing. Take a day trip on the river with an experienced guide/instructor and once you've mastered the art you will soon be off finding your own hidden spots.

Keystone Stables offer clinics to learn the basics of horsemanship and pony rides are available for the younger children. Mount your trusty steed and explore the many scenic trails leading through Keystone. Or perhaps take pleasure in a scenic horse-drawn wagon ride or a horse-drawn dinner wagon ride imagining you're a pioneer traveling through this magnificent breathtaking land to the Old homestead on the back Ranch. Enjoy sumptuous ranch-style dinners served by cowboys creating the perfect good times for family and friends.

Discover your Rocky Mountain adventure thrill with Keystone rafting. Choose from a quiet, relaxing Upper Colorado scenic float trip where the river winds through the Gore Range and Mountain Ranchland to an exhilarating heart-pounding white-water adventure of man versus nature through the majestic Brown's Canyon on the Arkansas River.

The whole family can celebrate as the Caribbean comes to Keystone at the World Music Festival in June. Caribbean culture takes over the River Run Village sharing its traditions, dances, Reggae and Calypso music and island arts, crafts and treats.

The entertaining Keystone Fourth of July Festivities are not to be missed. Kids can take part in the annual fishing derby plus there will be barbecues galore and two magnificent firework displays in River Run Village and Keystone Village.

In August the Annual Bluegrass and Beer Festival takes place in Keystone's pedestrian village of River Run. All weekend you can sample more than 25 of Colorado's microbreweries and dance to the sounds of Bluegrass music.

Summertime in the Rockies, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
