Health is far more important than wealth and wisdom. Slim can make one more attractive. How to stay healthy and slim at the same time? Here are some fundamental principles that should be brought in mind.
Firstly, follow a daily routine to form a good habit. We should have our breakfast, such as milk, eggs, bread and so on, in the morning, and have a short nap, even 30 minutes, at noon. Do some exercises in the afternoon, and have a pleasant feeling in the evening by listening to music, or something that can make us calm down.
Secondly, it is suggested that we should have a regular eating habits. Proper nutrition is necessary, but avoid food with lots of sugar and fat. Talking about the diet, we know: the simpler the better, if we take our health into consideration while thinking of keep slim. Some are trying to make diet into varieties. Every day, there are fish, meat, shrimp etc. In fact, we do not need these kind of things, especially in winter. There is, however, a need to buy extent of the various green vegetables. Eat all kinds of vegetables to ensure a balanced nutrition. This is very important.
Thirdly, it is wise to release from work pressure now and then. Too much pressure will affect our health, and it can change our eating habit, which may lead to our body's pop-up. In my view, we shouldn't be under too much pressure. I found that some of the problems encountered about getting fat are from work pressure!
Finally, it is important to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking. Drinking and smoking can be more harmful than what we generally known-they can make us getting fatter and fatter. If you don't want to control your drinking habit (if you like drinking very much), you will find that you will have a "beer stomach" soon.
All in all, we should eat properly and take more exercises to keep fit and stay healthy. I think that this is the best way to keep fit and stay healthy. I am against the ways of trying to reach this goal by taking medicine.
