Anger destroys from the inside out
Negates all options but fear and doubt
Guilty conscience or low self-esteem
Eventually leads to a crushed dream
Realize how you hurt, whose life you destroy
Misguided emotion denies you joy
Ardent feelings you'll never express
Nothing but anger, despair and distress
All of this you recklessly display
Grows more and more with each passing day
Emerges as hate, you continually berate
Make a change, before it's too late
Expel the anger, love yourself, try
Now is the time to stop, don't deny
Time to get help and put an end to this lie
