Product reviews: Crayola Color Wonder products

Color Wonder..what a WONDERFUL way to color!

Now to start off, the price of some of the colorwonder line is less than desirable. I have pros and cons of all of these, which you will now read.

Let's start off with the color wonder mess free markers and paints.
PROS:
CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN
they will not write on walls, well they will write, but not show up
they won't stain your carpet or your clothes

never again will you walk in to find that your child has given themselves, their siblings and your family pet, numerous tattoos
One box of color wonder markers works with most color wonder products

CONS:
a bit pricey
not a huge variety of colors
they tend to run out quicker than a normal marker (but could be from the hours you spend coloring and not realizing how long it's been)
like above in the pro section, they do work with most color wonder products but the con is they don't work with all color wonder products
you can only use them with color wonder paper, once you run out of paper you're done
the red looks like brown
the pink looks like red
the brown can be brown OR RED

Color wonder paper
Pros:
they have books of specific themed designs
they have notebooks with blank pages that come with attached stencil pages
very cute pictures
very detailed pictures
you can use both color wonder and regular markers on this paper if you wish to

CONS:
color wonder pages can be expensive
when you color on a blank spot it tends to turn into a weird semi seethrough waxy looking area
the colors can and will bleed
it's hard to see where the design is, so you might end up with a purple cat and a grey flower
you don't get many pages or pictures when you buy a pack of color wonder paper
they run out very quick

The above pros and cons work for marker, paintbrushes, softsticks, and finger paints from color wonder. Though the softsticks are neat, they tend to put me in the mind of glue sticks and they get a bit messy from the texture, and they run out faster than a marker.

Here's a bit about the color wonder that is the black thick paper that transforms into swirls of colored designs. I believe it is called color explosion, but I can't remember 100%. While it is neat in the concept it has quite a few downfalls about it.
Pros:
fun
exciting to see all the neon colors swirled behind the black coating
the markers are clear and it isn't a set design, you draw or write what you want and it is for the most part bright, you never know what color combination your drawn heart will end up being
the paper is comparable to cardboard, it is
