What do children learn by doing chores?

Though no one likes to do chores,it is necessary to spread it evenly
through out the house hold.Chores should be done as a group effort,to
ensure every one is treated fairly.

The simple task of picking up their own toys after play,teaches them
organizational skills needed later on.The way we instill chores in to
their every day lives,will teach them respect for the chore and respect

for themselves on a chore well done and appreciated.

Kids look for praise from their parents,they know that by doing the
chore good things will come from it later on.The incentive of earning
allowance to buy things they wish to have,is a valuable tool to give
them for their future work ethic.

Work ethic,responsibility,accountab ility for all work done,are positive
things to which every child needs to learn early in life.Compensation
makes them feel useful and needed.

The average teen See's the four letter word called "Work",a time
consuming task.Yet they have to understand it's importance to be
successful productive adults later on in life.By applying the knowledge
of what they know is expected of them,will greatly enhance their
abilities to cope with work pressures in the future.

If a Teen has to buy there own car,they will respect the car more,because
they spent their hard earned money on the car.If a parent buys the child
a car just out of necessity.The Teen will look for the parent to pay for
it's up keep and insurance.The ride is not free,that is what we have to
teach our kids today.

Good things come through the acts of good work ethics and when instilled
at early ages,gives our children the best opportunity at success.How we
perceive our choices on giving our kids the best tools are done through
acts of love and nurturing.Making them see their own potential.

Kids that work on farms have a better chance at success.The farm has always
been a instrumental tool for teaching work ethic to children.The chores on
the farm are viable to the family as a whole.The success of the family
working together and building commerce for the family is the goal.

Farm kids are already being taught the practices of team building at a early
age.The effects of working with in a system of accountable work ethics.The
farm,with its many chores and hard work often produce your best workers.They
know the importance of responsibilities.That if they do not do the job right
,they do not eat or get paid.So it is important that kids learn these precious
means of responsibility.
