is to realize, A face has many meanings
A face could show sadness, despair and even healing

Close your eyes and slip away to those dreams
with the unknown faces, bring about a smile
courageous and wise with meaning so it seems
A face that has been with you for quite awhile

Faces often ignored, hiding their pain
deep behind those talkative eyes
that know so much, telling no lies
Faces as fresh as the newly fallen rain

We all look at a face and think how pretty
but do we ever see who is behind the face
behind the eyes and known soul

A Face will tell a life long story
it is only when you study the face
that it unfolds before you
to unravel a life long journey.
