eat a banana. The orange juice will help replace some of the vitamin C and the banana will help to replace potassium (a mineral that is also depleted by too much alcohol).
Next run yourself a hot bath. Take 2 drops fennel essential oil, 4 drops juniper essential oil & 2 drops rosemary essential oil and mix them with 5 mls of a carrier oil such as sweet almond. Put this mixture into the bath and swirl it around. Get in the bath and let the oils work there magic. If you do not have any aromatherapy oils (I recommend buying them if you are planning to go out drinking though) then still have the hot bath. You may feel a little woozy when you first get in, but the hot water will help sweat some of the toxins out so you will feel better when you get out.
If you have a sauna you could take a sauna instead of a bath and it will have a similar effect.
Another remedy which I like the sound of is chocolate milk. The milk helps to line your stomach, it's a fluid so it helps with the hydration factor. It also contains amino acids, sugars and some of the vitamins that your body needs. I am not sure of the scientific data, but I love chocolate milk so it has my vote.
If they all fail, then try and remember to use some of the preventative measures next time.
