Mid-day drift
Mid-day
lost in a daze.
Dosing off,
into a haze.
A dream, so surreal,
an escape of reality.
Vivid, with control
fantasy in whole.
Floating around,
miles from the ground.
BAM
Engaged, back to life.
Confused at first,
lost in my own verse,
why such a teasing curse.

DAYDREAM DELIGHT
Treasures deep and treasures small,
Within his eyes I find them all.
Each shadow dancing on his face,
I see
I see a sky
I see a tree
I see a person, running with me
We are both about to fly
Setting our two dreams together, forever
I
Daydreaming
So close yet so far
I feel you
Or at least want so much to
I feel like I do
Your sweet smelling hair
That I might run

Mid-day
lost in a daze.
Dosing off,
into a haze.
A dream, so surreal,
an escape of reality.
Vivid, with control
fantasy
