With so many young girls trying to look like super models diet pills have been a part of society. It is sad that some of the girls are already so slender and they feel that they are overweight. All to often girls develop eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia. The turn to diet pills to look for quick weight loss and there are many side effects that diet pills have to offer them too. Some girls become addicted to them and take them for years and develop a number of health issues from them.
The sad thing is to that once they stop taking the diet pills they are likely to gain all the weight hey lost back and sometimes even more. So many of the diet pills on the market promise quick and easy weight loss and they really do nothing. A lot of them contain caffeine and are just not good for you and your body. Many side effects from taking diet pills are nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. As well as hair loss, nervousness, vision problems and they can effect your heart rate.
The safest thing to do is avoid taking diet pills and just either be happy with your body the way it is or lose weight the natural way through diet and exercise. There is no reason that you should mess with your health that can have lasting effects on your body, just to try and lose a few pounds. Many of the women and some men even try to get so skinny that it is not attractive to anyone but themselves anyway.
When a woman is to skinny it is not attractive to me and many friends that I have talked to. I prefer a healthy looking woman that is happy and not obsessed about her weight. Put the diet pills down and work on your self esteem because that is the underlying problem here. People need to work on themselves from the inside out and learn to love the body that they were born into.
Make healthy choices about food and make sure you do get in exercise at least three times a week. When you are happy it is infectious and you make others happy. People would much rather be around someone that is happy and full of life rather then a person that is down and constantly worrying about their weight.
Diet pills are not worth the money they charge and not worth the potential health problems they may cause. Save the money and put towards something useful.
