Making money: The path to becoming a millionaire

How to Become a Self-Made Millionaire.

So you want to become a millionaire. There are many paths to such a desire. Some are controlled by fate and others you mayt choose the path of your financial destiny.

The World Wealth Report of 2008, stated there are now 10.1 million millionaires in the World that is up 6% from 2007. Unfortunately the number of American millionaires with clear million dollar asset wealth fell 2.5 percent last year, amid all the Wall Street raucus and real estate fallout. It is interesting to note, 40 of the real asset millionaires are U.S. Senators! Plus, 82% of all U.S. millionaires are self-made. They didn't inherit their wealth or win the lottery. The new report states assets of "Hign Net Worth Individuals" rose to 40.7 Trillion dollars in the world overall, which is up 9.4 percent from 2007. [A fascinating factoid reveals that the majority of millionaires were born under the sign of Taurus and the second astrological sign with the most millionaires is Gemini.]

So YOU would like to become a millionaire. Then you must adopt the habits, values and strategies of millionaires. It is open to all who dare to challenge themselves and many times take risks. You do not have to re-invent the wheel - you have to re-invent yourself and your lifestyle. People who become millionaires believe, a basic principle..... in order for things to change in their life, they must change!

You can marry a millionaire, or maybe inherit a million dollars from a relative, or perhaps invent a new gadget that can be sold on late night info commercials, or win the lottery and become an instant "High Net Worth Individual". Good Luck! These are pathways only a very small percentage of actual millionaires acquire their cash wealth from. The usual path to becoming a millionaire takes a positive attitude, strong desire, diligent focus and hard work.
