The dangers of diet pills is getting hooked on them another danger is getting ripped off. A lot of time diet pills don't help all they do is make your wallet lose weight and thats about it. and this holds true with all the pills out there all they are good for is making one part with ones hard earned cash.

As for diet pills they may as well be those bottled candies you can buy know a days that come in pill bottles with sayings like diet pills on them at least you can be happy with the results of those pills even it contributes to the reason why you started taking those pills to begin with.

And there are so many diet pills out there you just don't know which ones are save and which ones aren't.

What company is legit and which companies aren't?

Which ones truly want to help you and which ones are out there to take you to the cleaners.

There are a lot of scams out there concerning diet pills because companies know that people will do almost anything and pay anything to lose weight some of the pills out their haven't even passed the medical board which approves what safe to sale to the consumer and whats not going to be allowed on the self because their is something wrong with it.

Doctors really don't back any diet pills when asked about them a doctor will say that diet pills don't work and the only sure fire way to lose UN wanted pounds is to eat right and get plenty of exercise which is really hard in todays society and eating right is next to impossible thats why people buy diet pills anyway they figure that by taking the pills that it can substitute for not eating right and they don't have to exercise at all while they are on these pills.

That is absolutely untrue everybody needs to exercise.

I know that I should practice what I preach.

I don't exercise nor do I take diet pills.

One because I don't have the money and two because I don't like taking pills to begin with.

And with the dangers out there from taking any kind of pills it is just to scary.

And how do you find a ligate diet pill company.

I guess you can do herbal magic they are a well know diet company that does it by putting their clientele on all sorts of herbs which come in the form of pills and teas.

The depend only on these herbs to help their clientele to lose weight.

I don't know know if it would work or not since I only went to one meeting because I couldn't afford to go on all the herbs they said would help me lose weight.
