have more to transmute than just our physical actions. We must also transmute the lines of communication with our Soul and work to transform the patterning within our chakras, brain and body systems. This includes the hidden dynamics in relationship that are spiritual in nature.

The caregiver mentality creates enmeshment in relationship and blocks the fullness of communication from our Soul. This is prevalent in our world because for the most part there are patriarchal structures that operate from a Guru or Master and disciple paradigm. The Male Principle is put as more important and the lead to follow. More intimate relationships are built on this as well. If you take away the top person the person who is the caregiver is left to take care of themselves. This can be devastating if their life is based on taking care of others without having a connection with their inner self. In order to truly take care of ourselves we must go within and make our own connection with who we are that goes beyond the concepts of our society and family. Only then can we give freely without manipulating people because of our need.

In order to do this look to those early years and wherever you had a disconnection of some sort that prevented your child self from having his or her expression this is what you are up against in manifesting your dream. These are the real obstacles. Of particular interest look to your 4 year old self and your 7-8 year old selves.

In the first 8 years of our life we are learning about life on earth via our chakras. The 4th year is about the 4th chakra at the heart center and the complex chakras system associated with the physical heart as well as the heart link with our Soul. The 7-8th years are when some people say that children lose "it". The "it" they are actually referring to is the strong connection and communication with our Soul.

When we spend time in contemplation and meditation invoking our Soul to speak to us about what we can do to move forward in our lives to fulfill our soul's purpose we get more authentic answers and opportunities. Another way is using the vehicle of writing.

When you sit down to write start by asking your Soul, Higher Self, or I Am Presence to guide you. One statement that I use and my students also find effective is this:

"Beloved I Am Presence what is most important for me to know to move me forward on the path of my Highest Purpose?"

Use this also to resolve conflicts at work or at home in your relationships. By doing this as a discipline you will begin to notice a different quality of writing coming through. It is the beginning to opening ourselves to receive which is what is necessary to have our dreams come true. We must be able to receive them from the fullest intent of our Soul. We are then truly offering an authentic vehicle for raising the consciousness on the planet that honours both man and woman equally. We can overcome all obstacles in life and see the physical manifestation of dreams come true when we are here to offer up our Soul's purpose that serves the evolution of all Beings on this home we call earth.
