C is something that we loss as we drink as well. So replacing the vitamin C in a variety of ways helps to replace the amount lost. Orange juice, oranges, tomato juice, or a simple vitamin C pill can help you replace the lost amount and help you back to recovery.
* SLEEP *
You can choose to take the day off and sleep your hangover away. Getting plenty of rest can help you feel better and can get you feeling back to normal. Whither it takes you several extra hours of sleep or a full day, you can choose to treat your hangover as an illness and relax the whole day away. Sleeping your hangover off gives your body a chance to fight it off and feel better.
* EAT *
Simply eating a good healthy meal can help your stomach settle and make you feel better. Even if the thought of food disgusted you at the time, eating a bit of food will help you out tremendously. Even something as simple as toast, fruit or vegetables, applesauce, etc. will help settle your stomach. You will feel a lot better, just steer clear of greasy foods as they may make you feel worse.

Taking aspirin or ibuprofen will help alleviate the throbbing headache you may be experiencing. It also helps with aches and pains that you may have from the night before or simply your hangover it self.
* DRINK GATORADE OR OTHER SPORTS DRINK *

* DRINK V-8 JUICE WITH LEMON AND TABASCO SAUCE *
Preparing a glass of V-8 juice (or similar tomato juice) combined with lemon and Tabasco sauce really helps to alleviate hangover symptoms that you may be feeling. It has always helped me to feel a bit better and help to get me back on my feet.
* HAIR OF THE DOG *
Many have said that if you drink the same drink that you were drinking before you got the hangover, it will get you back ion your feet. While I have tried this myself and found that it really heps me to feel better, it also starts a vicious cycle. Once I drink one I want to continue drinking and then i am in the same boat I started in the morning before.
* CHOCOLATE MILK *
I have heard several times that drinking chocolate milk is a great way to alleviate any hangover symptoms. Even if you are lactose intolerant, Silk chocolate milk is a great tasting drink that can give you the same effect.
No matter what you try for your hangover, there is no instant cure that is going to help make you feel the way you did before you even starting drinking. Make sure that you drink plenty of water to re-hydrate yourself and push the alcohol out of your system. Nothing can take the drinks away that you had last night, and no one forced you to consume them! So this is the price you have to pay for drinking the night before. The best hangover cure is to not drink to much, period!
