The Warmth of the Snowman
Snowmen swell with the excitement of the season.
Plump personalities, wearing any-old-hat on their
heads, donning crescent-moon grins on their chins;
exercise their whimsical nature, enticing a playful
vitality to emerge from young and old alike, revealing
that fact we often forget - we are all God's children.
These cold still creatures manage to breach the barriers
of every-day living by staying in the moment. Although
their frozen frames can remain only until the sun completes
its melt - they set joy into motion, from the amusement
of their makers on to smiles of passers by. Living forever
in a memory, refreshed in the beauty of newly fallen snow.
