have the last cut of your paycheck next to the house and car. Credit cards are not only unsecured, they are volatile. Credit cards are one of the few organizations that can, at will, change all facets of a legal agreement without any notice and without any real time delay. When credit cards are paid late, or not at all, they can quickly triple or quadruple without any real action from the borrower from all of the imposed fees and loopholes applied to them. After-wards, they are the most aggressive and voracious in pursuing every red cent you make. Compared to other secured debts, they represent Satan in the lending industry. Sadly, though, even evil is a necessity in the lending industry. Maintaining high credit debt, no matter how rich you are and capable of paying it off, will lower your credit score. The perfect credit card is the one that never carries a balance from month to month and is paid on time for at least seven years.

Secured debt is the complete opposite of unsecured debts. It is debt that is backed up by something other than the borrower. Even if a borrower dies, a mortgage is mostly secure and a lender can recover a large portion of the risked money by selling the property. Cars, even though they wreck and depreciate quickly, still provide a source of income if the borrower stops breathing or paying. Secured debt doesn't quite make lenders balk like unsecured debt like credit cards.

If you can learn anything from what I am writing, be in debt on things like loans, mortgages and cars and do not owe anything to legal thieves, aka credit cards. When you become indebted, pay on time pay on time and pay on time.

I find it amusing the disgust that many people communicate at company's such as Walmart and Microsoft. They color these companies as evil behemoths that destroy society and rob their customers with shoddy service and confusing tactics. Where is the collective rebellion against credit cards? Being said that I believe that credit cards are tools of the antichrist design to mame and enslave all those who fall into their trap of providing an easy life, I also have to admit that they can be powerful and the easiest way to build up credit. They are the most religious and responsive in reporting your up to date payment history. So long as you don't borrow more than five dollars from them, they are easy to pay off. They can remain open longer than any other debt.

Do not close all of your credit cards. Let me repeat, DO NOT CLOSE ALL YOUR CREDIT CARDS.
