Is love really worth it?

Love exists all around us, and if it wasn't present, what type of a society would we be? Love is worth it because you would want to be shown love, but in order to be shown love, you need to show love. If we didn't have love around, this world would seriously be messed up because it would be hatred, it would be war, and it would be so unpleasant.

You'd be surprised how many different actions of yours are actually considered or have something to do with love. For instance, when you see a homeless on the street corner cold and wrapped in nothing but a sheet, you feel sorry for him being out in the cold, so you give him/her some change or money to help them on their way. Your sympathy and kind thought is love. Also, when you take the time to say thanks, you show love, and therefore, love is worth it.

Love is not just the love that you have with your significant one; love has so many other meanings. Helping raise a child, care for an elder, buy presents for birthdays, pleasantly greet people, and anything small or big that's meant from the heart is love, so love is worth it. You help enlighten and brighten the day of others, so it is worth it because you are making people happy. Love makes us better people, and love makes our world a better place, so love is worth it.

In other words, we may het discouraged by relationships that don't work out, and we may think that love is not worth it, but do you realize that you will only think this way while you are hurting, but once you get back up on your feet, you will think that love is warming and worth it when someone great comes your way. Honestly, love is more than we think. It is not just a word, it is not just a feeling, it is not a poison, it isn't just a rose, it isn't just a kiss, and it is not magic, love is reality and it is special. Love is worth it and always will be because it does so many things that may seem magical, but it's not, it's real. When you adopt a child, their life is not changing magically, it is changing realistically. When you fall in love, wake up, it's reality. Life is not perfect, so love can't be as smooth as a paper, and it can't be aw warm and as soft as a blanket all the time, it had bumps in the road, which is part of life, and this does not make it worthless, it makes it worth it because it's reality.
