"The only safe vaccine is one that is never used."
- Dr. James R. Shannon, former director of the National Institute of Health.
The use of vaccinations began in a time when people lacked education of causes and treatment of various illnesses. To study the history of their use is appalling and seemingly barbaric with the knowledge we hold today, yet we continue to use similarly crude processes.
The smallpox vaccine began with the introduction of pus from an infected cow into the human bloodstream. Naturally, there are variations in strains of disease between man and animal but they were used nonetheless. The most disturbing aspect of this scenario is the direct injection of animal DNA to the human bloodstream.
Today, vaccination ingredients alone should stand as a red flag of alert to parents in this ongoing debate. Modern vaccinations contain toxic chemicals, heavy metals, animal byproducts and human diploid cells from aborted fetal tissue. The insertion of any of the above to the human system is extremely unpredictable and dangerous. Examples of common ingredients are: mercury, formaldehyde, antifreeze, MSG, dry natural latex rubber, animal organ tissue and blood, human fetal tissue and aluminum.
The World Health Organization states that there are NO safe levels of mercury to humans. Mercury is the 2nd most poisonous element to humans, so why is it being injected into our children? The adverse effects these substances pose can be more threatening than the illness it is supposed to protect against. Mercury serves as a preservative of vaccines, but the cost of its ill effects, such as autism, are not worth the risk for a practice that may not be beneficial after all.
History shows us that the decline of contagious disease follows improvements in sanitation, amongst other things, not the introduction of a vaccine. Polio, for example, was decreasing in occurrence prior to the introduction of the vaccine yet slightly increased post-vaccine. There are reports of massive deaths in the Philippines following a US led campaign for mandatory smallpox vaccinations in the early 1900s while the least vaccinated countries had few incidents of infection. Immunity is built through nutrition, clean water, proper waste disposal, sanitation and quarantine of infection rather than foreign bodies injected into our systems.
Not to discredit genuinely good and caring doctors, but people must always remember that the medical industry is first and foremost a business. Allegations against the Bayer Corporation are a prime example of the bottom line priority to the industry. Bayer developed vaccines for hemophiliacs which were found to be tainted with the AIDS virus. Multitudes of innocent people were infected with AIDS due to negligence of the company. There is debate over whether the FDA was involved in having Bayer sell the vaccines overseas, but corruption is secondary to the threat of inadequate medical testing.
Requirement of such a dangerous and debatable useless practice seems absurd. There are many people in the United States suffering from illnesses much more threatening than mumps, yet they cannot access medical care due to poverty and/or lack of insurance. To force unnecessary medical treatment in light of that fact is illogical. Parents have the right to waiver vaccinations and the public should not allow officials to expel perfectly healthy students and threaten parents with legal action as it recently occurred in numerous counties across the nation. As for making an unwanted medical treatment mandatory? Over my pock infested dead body.
