this article is about healthy living style,for today's human-being who even don't have time to have his breakfast,lunch,dinner on time.but if someone want live a healthy or wealthy living style,then they also have to change some of their daily routine for them and their next coming generation's better future.here i will talk about some of healthy living routine.first of all if we want to live active in our life we should always sleep early and wake up early,when you wake up always drink one glass of water.we should have breakfast everyday before going anywhere,lunch on time with fresh salad every day and try to drink more water everyday,try to avoid fast food.In the last dinner, for your dinner always avoid heavy things and eat less in your dinner. After dinner,before sleeping always go for a short walk.Tat was the first step for your healthy living,after that if you start using it,in your daily life after that you will learn the next steps by your self,and the most important thing is motivation which we always need in our life which i just try to give you all of my precious readers.in our daily life we do many things but we mostly ignore them but on the other hand if we just pay a little bit attention to those things which we do every day,90 percent you will find many things to fix.for example if we drink water in one day only 2 or 3 glass we should try to fix it as much we required in a day for our body.mostly people dont have time for have thier breakfast in the morning,which is very big mistake,becouse for our body breakfast is very important part of life for live a healthy living style.always try to eat meals on time and meals should be good source of protien and carbohydrates,which are very important for our body to maintain.eat rich of protien meal for example,chicken,turkey,steak.E very week try put green vegetables in your daily menu for good source of iron,and it will make you feel very acitve and concentrated for your work.for your new life just start from today make a plan and start using it and i am sure in few weeks you will see the differce by your self very quickly.for study,work,sports we need a healthy body,if we need it then why dont we make our body for all this.
