Why, is communication so important? Communication help us humans to exchange information to one another. rather, by talking, gesture or writing, it is still a form of transmitting information to one another.

Communication develop closeness in all form of relationship. In business you must demonstrate proper and corrective communication skills, on the job you must possess a high quality of communication skills and the ability to interact with your employer and co-workers.

Some people are afraid to communicate with others,and I wonder how on earth do they expect any one to understand them, if they do not properly communicate with others? People are not mind reader's.

You can not get through life successfully, without learning how to communicate properly. If your communication skills are sort of dull and lack zest, many colleges offer courses on communication.

In a relationship with a spouse and children communication I feel is a very vital essential ingredient to having a healthy relationship. There is not worst than being in a relationship with individual that does not talk to you about an issue.

Instead they give you the beat around the bush sort of communication. I like for people to tell me what exactly they are attempting t say to me. Open your mouth and talk to me, I can not read your mind.

I think that it is so unintelligent for a husband and wife to have issues arising in their marriage and will not talk about it. They would rather pretend like the problem or issue does not exist, (you know the big fat elephant in the living room crapping everywhere but everyone pretend like it is not there syndrome).

Little tommy jumping off the walls, bills are flowing in from left to right, teenager's acting a complete fool and no one in the house want to address the problem. What the hell is that? This purposely, allowing unnecessary issues to exist and control your life.

What about the cool mom or boss that want to fix in, but allow work to get overlooked by their employee's. Or the cool mom or dad that is so busy hanging out with the kids but overlooking the bad grades their child is receiving in school.

Communication is important I believe this with all of my heart, problems can not get resolve, if people does not talk about and then come together on how to solve the problem.
All problems can be solve just like math problems, there is an solution you just have to find the formula.
