in the past. This is especially true with her tendency to take a hard line on feminist movements in primarily Muslim countries. Hillary does not seem to be able to handle a slow and steady progress. She is a power player, full of personal ambition along with her husband former President Bill Clinton who misused the oval office before and has shown he intends to be very much a part of this team.

Barack Obama: The Black voters have been looking for a Black president to represent their causes equally for a long time, just as women have from a woman president. However, with the situation as it is between Obama and Clinton, I'm not sure that he can even pull off a nomination. Many of the Black voters are conservatives. Obama is not guaranteed the Black vote just because of his race.



Finally a factor that will play toward the Republican or even Independent ticket is Dr. Condoleezza Rice. She has been at the front of world politics and relations. She is a very successful and calm voice in the storm. She is internationally and domestically firm under stress and in the press. Dr. Condoleezza Rice is well respected for her ability to keep her calm approach to international relations. I see this as becoming an issue as we come closer to elections. The more stressful relations appear to international political systems of government, the more Condoleezza could be the main steadying force for the U.S.
