I hate mornings getting out of bed
going to school is was i most dread
the name calling i can handle but the slaps really hurt
why do they have to treat me like dirt?
i don't know why I'm singled out from the rest
i go to school just to learn and do my best
i lie to my parents about the cuts on my face
and the stuff I've had robbed they think is misplaced
you see my parents are going through enough
it's down to me i have to get tough
what a laugh ha ha me get tough
no I'm just the one who takes the rough
today was the worst i could taste the blood
they just left me on the field covered in mud
when will they stop and leave me alone?
the answer to that is just unknown
i wish i had someone who would understand, a shoulder to cry on or a helping hand
dull aches in my body , this throbbing pain in my head
for today is the first time i wished i was dead.
