Product reviews: Nu-Wave Oven Pro

Review Of Nuwave oven Pro (Digital version) as seen on TV

I saw this product on one of the advertising channels and told my husband I would like to have this for my Christmas present. He grinned and was happy because now he won't have to worry about what to get me and he knows it will be to his advantage also.

Although when I purchased this product I was somewhat skeptical it could be as good as they were saying, especially when paying $120 for this product. I had my fingers crossed it could so all they said it could and I was not getting took. Most things off the TV are a disappointment, but this one wasn't!

Well, yesterday I made a five pound pork roast in the New Wave Infared Oven and it was luscious. The outside of crisp, delicious, and the inside was perfectly done, even though I put the meat in the oven when it was frozen, as they said I could. Placing in the oven and cooking it took only two hours for a five pound roast on HIGH heat. It is also a breeze to clean after fixing even a roast.

Here is the low down on this product: It is NOT a small appliance as I had thought it would be. It is about 16 inches tall when assembled and 18 inches wide, but everything they say about it seems to be ringing true. It can bake, roast, steam, fries, and grill. It can cook everything from meat to cookies and bread. It is quite a contraption. It comes with two Recipe cookbooks, one for healthy gourmet cooking and the other for regular cooking.

It can cook up to a 10 pound whole turkey or a 7 pound turkey breast. It fries hamburgers, hot dogs, and French fries You can cook vegetables and meat at the same time or cook them separate. It will cook seafood, meats, and poultry. You can bake apples and pears, and even do nuts in this thing. You can make cookies, biscuits, croissants, cinnamon rolls, breads and even bread sticks for your dinner. There are some exceptions though as it doesn't cook two crust pies or cake,(except for a right side up, upside down cake), but will do cheesecake or any recipe that takes a graham cracker pie shell.

All in all, I find the product as advertised and so far reliable. It seems to be an excellent investment for my money and time. It cooks everything in about half the time you usually would. I would recommend it to anyone.

If you are interested it sells for $99. on some web sites, which is less than I paid.

Check out this site if you think you want a fast cooking over with no fuss.
