What new in Gmail

Gmail is all intended for the people of today. It is totally the product of the modern technology and it totally directed for the service. Google through Gmail has introduce different new feature. Let see what new taste out at Gmail.

1. Labels
Labels are much like the folders in the Outlook Express or the Yahoo mail with some exception. It becomes much easy for the management of mails through the use of folders and in gmail its the label. In gmail, you can mark the incoming emails with some particular label created according to need. This makes grouping of related emails which makes the management of the emails easy and in case u need emails, it becomes easy to browse them. But the only difference is that even if u apply the label to the selected emails at the inbox, the emails will be there in the inbox with the label applied. But in the yahoo, the mails are redirected to the specified folder. You can also view the emails with a particular label in a separate page.

2. Archieve
Arhieve is a new feature at gmail. As there are unlimited mail storage at Gmail, you don't need to trouble urself with deleting the unwanted emails. It might have happen to u that u delete some unwanted emails (lets say spam mail) someday just because they were irritating and the thing they are yelling are quite worthless, but some later day, you just died for that particular information or address. So, with other web emails u have to either create a new folder and direct those unwanted emails there or just delete them. Again just doing that can be tedious. The gmail's got the solution for that and it is the archieve. Let's say u have some spam mails at ur inbox yelling some bad jokes. Its becoming difficuilt to decide for you on which folder or label to apply. Here comes the archieve, just select those unwanted emails and just click archieve. This makes the emails to disappears from the inbox and go ur history. Once u need those mails, just type in the keyword in the search bar and click search mail, the google will bring the related mail to u.

3. The Standard view
Another interesting thing in the Gmail is the standard view under the Compose window. It might be known to you that in the yahoo and the hotmail compose page, the things we type is in the form of the pure text and there is no interactivity. But with Gmail, its little different. You can copy paste the rich formatted text in the compose mail page. But make sure that that the standard view is enabled. Try for urself,
