6 reasons why we need breakfast
1. breakfast means BREAK THE FAST. You have been sleeping whole night. Your body slows down your metabolism as when you don't eat for a long period of time. Breakfast is needed to walk up the body and get thing rolling for the day.
2. it help you LOOSE WEIGHT. As mentioned above eating break fast speeds up your metabolism burning calories causing you to loose weight. Also if you don't eat breakfast by the time lunch arrives you are starved, and may end up eating much more than u should. To persons who don't eat breakfast in the name of loosing weight. This is not the best method you are only slowing down your body, making calories pile up.
3. Breakfast MAKES YOU HAPPY. Persons who don't eat breakfast tend to be grumpier than a person who has had a balanced meal. Due to the lack of their morning pick me up.
4. A lot of the foods eaten during breakfast are not normally eaten throughout the rest of the day. Like your cereals, fruit, milk, eggs, orange juice etc. all of which is good for you and essential in a healthy diet.
5. Breakfast is especially IMPORTANT FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN. Giving your child a healthy breakfast before school could improve their grades as they are more alert, focus and have more energy. Children who don't eat breakfast tend to be slow, moody and have problems with paying attention.
6. Eating sugary foods like donuts and some cereal bars for breakfast is a don't. Some cereal bars contain more sugar than a regular chocolate bar. These foods will cause a drop in your blood sugar content later on in the day, and then the body will crave another sugary food to replenish your blood sugar low. This isn't a good cycle with the threat of diabetes always on the increase.
