Pain relief guide

just one or two of the following suggestions, and you could be feeling better in a matter of days.......................... ..(really!)

EAT WHOLE FOODS as much as possible like fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and poultry. Try to avoid processed, packaged foods as much as possible.

FAST FOOD is the equivalent of poison. NEVER eat it unless you're on a deserted island and dying of starvation!

DRINK WATER throughout the day; a minimum of 80 ounces per day.

EXERCISE regularly, but don't overdo it. A 30-minute walk three times a week is perfect.

TAKE VITAMINS everyday. Make sure you supplement a multi-vitamin with calcium, zinc and magnesium tablet because they are usually lacking in these.

SUGAR IN ANY FORM has been proved to actually CAUSE inflammation and pain throughout the body. It rots teeth, causes weight gain, makes us go from manic to moody, and is the worst thing you can put into your body. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

REST AND RELAXATION are imperative for a healthy system. Make sure you take time each day to just "tune out". Put on your headphones and listen to your favorite music or just close your eyes and enjoy the silence.

THINKING POSITIVELY will make all the difference in the world not only MENTALLY, but PHYSICALLY as well.

LOVE YOURSELF and be good to yourself. You are special. You are unique. There will never be another you. Give yourself all you deserve and more. If you can do just this one thing, you will rule your world!

Here's to your health and happiness!
