Sell all forms of items inventory and non-inventory service, tax, fees, grouped items. Etc.
Automatic deduct inventory on sale and automatic update cash account.

Ledger
It automatically generate printable chart of account from various transaction, generates debtors account automatically on customer ledger, and creditors account on Vendors ledger. It generate Balance sheet at anytime, and generate Profit and Loss Account.
Ledger are debit, credit and balance or amount.

Icons are arranged on Menu and submenu; tracing transactions to original point, tracing transaction security making it possible to correct past transactions. Sales Expenses, Credit Sales paybill, Vendors entering bill , Sales order Estimates and Statements charges.

We have used Quickbook for 4years and we are pleased with the features of the software.
And will like to upgrade with the new software.
