How will Chelsea cope without Jose Mourinho?

The Premiership without Jose Mourinho

Ah, the Premiership. Most people say it's the most exciting and tough league in the world where the best players and managers come to prove themselves at the highest level and show the world that their No.1.
Major players ply their trade in the Premiership like Sheva, Lampard, Gerrard, Cristiano Ronaldo, Fabregas etc. and with all this top quality, and not to mention ego's, you will need someone who not only is good in knowing what tactics to play against a certain opponent or how their should play but also a person who can understand the players concerns and help them solve those problems, Man Management.

All the great managers have this uncanny ability to mould their player's careers and build a relationship with them that they become sort of like their parents in the game. They teach, guide and sort out their issues like an expert. The top manager's in England ie. Fergie, Wenger and The Special One" Mourinho, are all great examples of this. They have build a bond between them and their players that they become a family, a unit joined together by one common force named football.
Compare the 3 managers and you can see that all of them have been successful, no matter which club they have managed. Fergie was superb in leading Aberdeen to end the dominance of the Glasgow giants, Rangers and Celtic, from their stranglehold of the Scottish league title. Wenger led Monaco to league titles and discovered Thierry Henry and David Trezeguet before revolutionizing Arsenal. Mourinho, as we all know, led FC Porto to the Champions League by beating the likes of Fergie's Manchester United on the way. He also led them to the UEFA Cup the previous year, in his first full year in charge I might add, and back-to-back league titles in Portugal, all within his first 2 years. If you count his 3 years at Chelsea, where he won back-to-back league titles with them in his first 2 years as well, and you will see that only last year did he finish with out being crowned league champion. He came second and finished every season with at least 2 titles to his name. With such a proven manager leaving it must be bad for the game in England.
Mourinho also gave the likes of oldies' Fergie and Wenger a fresh new challenge to rival their dominance in the English game. Both of them had monopolized the league, winning every year except for 1995 when Blackburn won. Fergie had a terrible start to his managerial career at Manchester and almost got the sack before
