Next time you have trouble getting to sleep because of muscle or joint aches and pains, take Advil PM pain reliever. Advil PM is safe and effective.
I took Advil PM gelcaps for several weeks under my doctor's supervision when I broke my leg last spring. Advil PM relieved my pain and helped me sleep. What I liked most about it was that I woke up in the morning feeling refreshed, not drowsy or drugged.
My doctor was concerned about the possibility of liver damage, so she recommended Advil PM over other nighttime pain relievers. If Advil PM can relieve the pain from a broken leg, imagine what it can do for sore muscles and aching joints.
INGREDIENTS
Advil PM contains a mild sleep aid that has been safely used in the U.S. for more than 50 years and a powerful pain reliever, Ibuprofen, that has been used for 22 years. The sleep aid shortens the time it takes you to fall asleep, and the pain reliever reduces your pain so you can sleep longer.
Advil PM differs from other nighttime pain relievers because it is the only nighttime pain reliever that contains Ibuprofen, a powerful pain reliever that has minimal side effects. Other nighttime pain relievers use acetaminophen, an ingredient that can cause liver damage.
DOSAGE
People who have allergic reactions to aspirin, and children younger than 12, should not use Advil PM. Otherwise, adults may take up to two caplets or gelcaps at bedtime, but no more than two caplets in 24 hours.
You can purchase Advil PM in caplets or, for people who find pills hard to swallow, in gelcaps. The caplets contain slightly more of the sleep aid than the gelcaps. Caplets are packaged in quantities of 80, 40, 20, or a travel pack of four.
If you need to take Advil PM for more than ten days, get your doctor's permission. Your doctor may want to make sure you are not suffering from any adverse side effects before approving a longer course of treatment.
