How do we define evil

Define Evil

Defining evil, by man's standards is quite varied. It can mean hatred, wars, hunger, disease, problems, trials, or anything that does not go the way a person thinks it should. If someone disagrees with him, he is evil and should be destroyed! We have seen that kind of thinking for the last 6000 years of history of mankind on earth. It has only continued to get worse. So, the question is: Will evil always be in this world?

With so many varied ideas, where would be the correct place to find the true answer? Of course, it would not be with any human. Man is imperfect and mostly wrong about mostly everything. Through the centuries man has hated with a passion and done evil things on their own species and all creation on it.

Evil will soon be done away with in this wicked system. Where does it say that - in the Bible, God's Word. If one believes in good and evil, then one must believe in a supreme Creator, who knows what's going on in the world and has a way of correcting all the evil man has done to himself. Man has been used throughout the centuries, by Satan, because he is ruling this world. There is a reason our Creator has let the evil and the evil ruler go for so long.

The first prophecy, Genesis 3:15, shows us God has the power to straighten out all the evil that would be thrust upon the earth. He permitted Satan to rule so mankind could see which rule would be best: Satan's or Jehovah's. Satan started with the first couple and used them for his own purposes, so he could have the rest of mankind on his side, whether they knew it or not. Satan likes this world the way it is, it is in his personality.

But this is not the way our Creator wants this world to be. Genesis 1:28, He told the first couple to have children and make the whole earth a paradise with happy righteous families living on it. Also to care for all creation living on this beautiful earth. Satan may have slowed God's purpose, but it will be a worldwide paradise, because God has said so. All through the Scriptures, from Genesis to Revelation, He has allowed man to rule with the help (used) of Satan, to see if his rule would be better then God's. Look at what has happened through the centuries. Mankind is not better.

God's son, who came to earth to vindicate God's Sovereignty, is the rightful ruler over the earth and Jesus will destroy all the wicked, evil ways Satan established in this system forever. His Father will rule as universal sovereign where not a trace of evil will be found anywhere in the whole universe. It takes searching the Scriptures to examine ourselves to find out if we will have the right to live on the Paradise earth forever. The only answer can be found in the Bible and our Creator has a people to help us find out how to qualify. When we hear something read from the Bible, read it for yourself to see if that is really what it says and no one is to interpret the Scriptures but our loving Creator, all Scriptures must agree. See for yourself.
